Michael is the founder and owner of ICSI, bringing decades of hands-on experience and leadership to the construction industry. His journey began at just 12 years old, spending weekends and summers working alongside his father, where he learned the value of hard work, craftsmanship, and integrity. After high school, Michael entered the trades as a union carpenter, mastering his craft from the ground up and developing a deep understanding of every phase of construction. He proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, gaining the discipline, leadership, and mission-focused mindset that continue to shape his approach to business today. Over the years, Michael worked his way through the ranks — from carpenter to project manager to business owner — always committed to delivering projects with precision, reliability, and pride. Through ICSI, he now leads a team dedicated to providing clients with high-quality construction solutions built on trust, skill, and a relentless work ethic. For Michael, construction isn’t just a profession — it’s a lifelong passion rooted in family tradition, strengthened by military service, and proven through years of hands-on experience.

Lenny is a seasoned construction executive with more than four decades of experience managing high-profile projects across New York and beyond. Over the course of his career, he has successfully delivered over $600 million in construction projects, specializing in hotels, condominium loft conversions, retail spaces, institutional facilities, and large-scale commercial renovations. Lenny’s expertise spans every phase of construction, from concept to punch-list signoff. He is known for working closely with owners, developers, architects, and engineering teams — including MEP, structural, sound, geotechnical, and lighting specialists — to ensure that each project’s vision is executed with precision and integrity. He has held senior leadership roles at Central Interiors Inc., RP Brennan, Wildman & Bernhardt Construction, and his own firm, All American Construction Services, where he oversaw everything from boutique residential builds to multi-million-dollar hotel transformations. His portfolio includes notable projects such as the Plaza Hotel, Waldorf-Astoria, Peninsula New York, and the redevelopment of 583 Broadway, along with innovative work like New York City’s first geothermal townhouse development. Known as “The Problem Solver,” Lenny’s career reflects a consistent focus on unique, challenging, and cutting-edge construction projects, always with the goal of delivering exceptional results that stand the test of time.
